By accessing the 556bet website at 556bet.bid, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on this platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 556bet (the "Platform" or "We" or "Us") in relation to your use of the service.

Access to and use of the 556bet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the criteria listed below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, share cards in a poker-format game, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Fraud and identity theft: Using stolen payment credentials, identity documents belonging to another person, or fabricated identity information to register or fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using 556bet to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are derived from unlawful activity, or using the platform's deposit and withdrawal cycle as a method of laundering illegitimate funds.

Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to pass identity verification or provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age.
• Account held by a player who is subject to an active self-exclusion period.
• Fraudulent or disputed payment activity associated with the account.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months or more may be classified as dormant. 556bet will send a notification email before applying dormant account status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Any positive balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 556bet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach. The specific grounds for any balance withholding will be communicated in writing to the player's registered email address.
